Stefan Heidenblut previously worked as a partner for the consulting firm Ernst & Young Real Estate. There, the 48-year-old headed the Real Estate Risk Advisory Services division. During his almost fifteen years with the company, Stefan Heidenblut was responsible for a large number of consulting mandates, including restructuring, risk management and claim management. Heidenblut gained further experience in management consulting and construction project management at Drees & Sommer, Arthur Andersen and Hochtief AG. While working for Ernst & Young Real Estate, he also met Götz U. Hufenbach 13 years ago, at that time still a member of the executive board of a group-led project development company. Since then the contact between the two has never been broken off.
