benchmark. REAL Estate Development GmbH (benchmark.) has acquired an approximately 10,000 m²-large site in Oberursel as part of a share deal. By the beginning of 2021, the project developer wishes to develop the site at Landstrasse 66 with around 11,500 m² of office space and 260 car parking spaces in a separate parking facility. The investment volume comes to a total of over 35 million Euro. Mogk GmbH & Co. KG from Nuremberg holds a stake in the development as a capital partner. Colliers international has been commissioned with letting for the project.

Oberursel lies around 20 kilometres away from the financial metropolis of Frankfurt am Main. The project site is located close to the A5 autobahn. Furthermore, with the nearby Oberursel-Stierstadt S-Bahn station and the Oberursel-Bommersheim U-Bahn station located directly in front of the property, it also enjoys excellent links to local public transport services.Back
