benchmark. has acquired an approximately 5,000 m²-large site in Eschborn.
Here, we plan to realise a hotel with around 190 rooms and a floor area of approximately 8,900 m².
The hotel, which will be in the so-called upper mid-scale segment, should appeal particularly to guests who plan to stay for extended periods. The proposals foresee rooms with kitchenettes in three different types. The renowned hotel-design specialists, Marggraf Architects, from Stuttgart have been commissioned to draw up the design.
The site at Frankfurter Strasse 77 is well positioned for transport links, lying close to the A66 autobahn, the S-Bahn rapid transit rail network, and in the direct vicinity of the head offices of Deutsche Börse, as well as other well-known firms. Thanks to its location, the airport, the trade fair complex and the central station can all be reached quickly by both car and rail.
